Press accreditations

Journalists intending to visit the museum to create a service can access for free after accreditation at the Press Office. Write at least 24 hours in advance to: elettra.occhini@ilsole24ore.com , specifying the header and the day of the visit. It is not credited on weekends and holidays.
The response to the accreditation request will be sent via email.

· Journalists in personal visit will be able to enter the museum with the reduced ticket, upon presentation at the ticket office of the ODG card with the stamp of the current year.

THE TICKET OFFICE WILL CLOSE ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE CLOSING OF THE EXHIBITION

Photos and video recordings

Within the Exhibitions of 24h Culture it is allowed to make only amateur photos with mobile phones / tablets without flash and without tripod.

· For professional videos and photographs, written authorization is required. For media use, write to the Press Office: elettra.occhini@ilsole24ore.com

· For audiovisual productions and shooting write to: eventi@mudec.it specifying the header and the day of the visit. It is not credited on weekends and holidays. The response to the accreditation request will be sent via email.

Kind visitors are reminded that:

  • Access to the museum is limited
  • It is necessary to wear the mask and sanitize the hands with the sanitizing solutions present on site to access the museum
  • The body temperature will be measured at the entrance. If the value is equal to or greater than 37.5 degrees, access will not be allowed
  • The cloakroom service is suspended. Access with helmets, backpacks or bulky bags is not allowed
  • It is recommended to respect the distance (at least 1 meter from other people) in the parking areas and in the path of sight, and to follow the paths indicated by the signs and staff
  • Visitors are invited to sanitize their hands also for the use of the toilets
  • It is recommended to throw masks, gloves or other in the appropriate baskets

MUDEC MEMBERSHIP CARD

The Membership Card is on sale for € 80.00 at the Museo delle Culture ticket office. It is nominal, cannot be assigned to others, and is valid from the time of purchase. It must be presented with an identity document.
Valid one year from purchase.


The card entitles to:

• free entrance to the programmed exhibitions;
• entrance to the programmed exhibitions at a reduced price for an accompanying person;
• 10% discount at the Design store;
• 10% discount at the Mudec Bistrot.

How can I avoid long queues?
From Monday to Friday the flow of visitors is usually lower than the weekend. It would be preferable to avoid the last days of opening of the exhibition and we strongly recommend the purchase of tickets online.
Is entry to Mudec free on the first Sunday of the month?
On the first Sunday of the month the exhibitions in progress at Mudec are not free. Instead, you can access the permanent collection for free.
How does the Mudec Card work?
The Mudec Card gives access to numerous advantages, such as free entry to all exhibits and skipping the line. It is nominal, cannot be sold and must be used together with a identity document. It is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Are animals allowed in the Museum?
The access to the animals is allowed only on the ground floor of the museum.
It is not allowed in any of the exhibition spaces to protect the exhibited works.

In the wardrobe it is possible to deposit only accessories such as bags and backpacks.
